These promotions can be tailored to distinct member segments and are easily activated through our Marketing system for optimal member communication. We offer three distinct types of promotions:
– Standard Promotions: These promotions deliver instant benefits to members based on a single transaction, without the need for tracking member behavior. An example includes offering a 20% discount on jackets on a specific date to clear inventory.
– Cumulative Promotions: Designed to incentivize members over time, these promotions consider frequency of participation or cumulative spending to qualify for rewards. This type of promotion relies on tracking multiple customer transactions for execution. For instance, offering bonus credit points for purchases exceeding a certain amount within a specified timeframe.
– Joint Promotions: Our system facilitates collaborative promotions with one or more partners, allowing for precise management of partner contributions and liabilities at the promotion level. For example, when two organizations participate in a promotion, the liability is distributed based on their respective contribution percentages.
