Salesforce Loyalty Management allows and facilitates the issuance and management of Bonus Points and/or Point Accelerators and the ad-hoc issuance for points as needed. A Promotion can be created to award “Bonus Points” for transactional activities, for example for a certain product or certain set of products and/or for a specific segment of people or it can be for everyone who buys any product will recieve bonus points for a period of time A rule or promotion can be created for doing something for the 1st time, for the Nth number of times. This is where our engagement attributes come into play and can keep track of these first or cummulative type awards. A rule or promotion can be created to award bonus points for completing an activity or challenge or specific workout or workout type and we can easily reward for a member enrolling with or without a transaction
As part of our out of the box Loyalty Member record we keep track of the members enrollment date and as long as they give us their birthday we can easily reward for Non-tranactional type activities such as Birthday reward and/or Program Anniversary reward.
Using Salesforce Loyalty Management Universal Promotions, Nike will be able to reward for cross-category purchases and cross-channe purchases.
