Yes, Salesfore Loyalty Management supports creation of multiple tier groups and any number of associated tiers within the same program. The Tiers can be created in a certain order to determine the next higher tier when memberships get upgraded. The base tier is automatically assigned when the member is created. It is also possible to add paid/subscription tier groups or tiers.

Loyalty Management also supports out of the box processes for tier evaluation related to upgrade and downgrade. Additionally, Benefit Management can used along with tiering to automatically determine which benefits can apply to specific tiers in a program. Benefits can be used along with tiers to motivate members to reach higher tiers by enabling better benefits for higher tiers.
